Sandrine Holt is born Sandrine Ho on November 19 1972 in London. She was born in London to her Chinese mother and French father. As a child, she moved to Toronto, Canada, and has considered it her home since then. Prior to her acting career, she was employed in Paris as a model on the catwalk. In 1991's Black Robe, she made her film debut in the role of Annuka. This role was recognized with an award called the Genie Award, the Canadian Oscar.
